  President, Bob Summers

    Bob is currently a Market Manager and Client Advisor with Seaside National Bank & Trust.  He has been

     in the Banking industry for over twenty two years, and in the Central Florida community for ten years,

   been a Rotarian since 1991 and served on various committees. Besides Rotary, he is very active with the

     American Cancer Society. Bob lives in Longwood with his wife, Dana and three children,

   Kelly, Ryan and Morgan. 

 

 Past President, Mike Crofts

  Mike Crofts a lawyer and banking consultant.  Mr. Crofts is a graduate of the University of Idaho (B.A. 1977
  and Gonzaga University School of Law (J. D. 1980) and has worked in private practice and as corporate  

    attorney for ISC-Bunker Ramo Corporation (Olivetti USA), the John H. Harland Company and the Sedona  

    Corporation.  Mr.Crofts has practiced law for 27 years and negotiated significant numbers of contracts for  

    banking related software products and services.  Mr. Crofts formed two banking consulting companies in

 

    2004, Maple Street, Inc. (credit unions) and Tantoo Street LLC (banks/thrifts).  Both companies provide an

    out-sourced contract management and negotiation service to help financial institutions better manage their 

    contracts and contract relationships, control costs and meet regulatory requirements regarding vendor

    contracts.
